Terms & Conditions

1. Scope of Work:

Tasks and services will follow the agreed cleaning checklist specific to the service type.

2. Supplies & Equipment:

All standard cleaning products and equipment will be provided by TalkAboutClean unless otherwise arranged.

3. Access to Property:

The client agrees to provide access during the scheduled time. Delays may impact billing.

4. Cancellations:

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a $25 fee.

5. Payments:

Payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise arranged. Late payments (over 7 days) may incur a $15 fee.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee:

If you're not happy with the service, notify us within 24 hours. We'll return to address any concerns at no charge.

7. Liability:

TalkAboutClean is insured. We are not liable for pre-existing damage or breakage due to normal wear and tear.

8. Termination:

Either party may terminate the agreement with 7 days’ written notice.
